air purifier works as described - no issues at all. makes a world of difference to my small flat. However I did find messages from the seller to be quite pushy. The courier didn't deliver my item one day even though I was home to receive it. I rearranged delivery for the next day. After the 'missed' delivery 'attempt' I got a pushy message saying to 'please be home' for delivery. I was also well aware of this as I had rearranged the delivery for the following day. Just found it kind of rude
